After several appointments with Cara, I can honestly say that seeing her is one
of the best decisions I could have made. Not only is Cara professional and very knowledgeable, she is also caring and reassuring. I never feel anxious or rushed
and Cara always listens to any questions or concerns I might have. If there
were five stars to give her, she would deserve ten!"

She has given me my life back. I suggest if you are borderline about a pessary, just go, see Cara, do it."

I was diagnosed with a pelvic organ prolapse. Not being familiar with that diagnosis, it was wonderful to meet someone who reassured me about the outcome.
She is a very kind and positive person.
Cara talked to me about my options and I feel much more positive about my situation."
